Tell us first

Call (984) 388-6932 and ask for Wendell. Most problems on commercial door work are adjustment or specification issues and get resolved on a return visit.

What we will do

  • Acknowledge the complaint when you raise it.
  • Tell you who is dealing with it.
  • Come back to you with a position rather than leaving it open.
  • Say so plainly where we got it wrong, and put it right.

If it is not resolved

You are entitled to escalate to the relevant state licensing board or consumer protection office. We will not obstruct that, and the documentation from your job is available on request.

What we will never do

  • Ask you to withdraw or amend a review.
  • Offer a discount conditional on removing feedback.
  • Make a resolution contingent on a non-disparagement term.

That practice is common enough in the trades that this section exists to say we do not do it.
